PoppyCock is ready for varnishing of her internals

Well I think she is ready for varnishing. I have already coated with fibreglass resin some areas around the centreboard casing, the transom and the hog between the Centreboard casing and the new bowtank. I did this whilst I was putting in the fibreglass seal around the bowtank.

I have sanded down all the internal surfaces and removed a lot of stains. Its not the best finish but I'm not sure that it would improve much more so I have decided to get on with the varnish.

The question is should I go with what I have, Internationls Goldspar, or should I get some two pot varnish or maybe an epoxy primer of some sort. Any thoughts anyone? Any recommendations?
