In case you're not sure what you're looking at, its a 4pint plastic milk carton with the bottom cut off. Cheap, simple, ergonmically designed! and easily replaced if lost over the side (not that I'm planning on poluting the sea).
Last time I used my bailer (made from a bleach bottle), I realized that my crew had nothing to do... except wait for me to finish. Now I have twin bailers... Bailers for everyone, I say.

Mmmm .... I tend to leave bailing to the crew. Unless I really have to do it myself!
