lid back on the can

With the boat now under cover in a garage I am free to finish off the work. I complete the fitting process and move in the gluing with epoxy resin. But its old epoxy resin and after an hour the glue still hasn't gone off. I end up buying some fresh stuff, cleaning up the surfaces and redoing the gluing. All is going well but its a bit behind the schedule I had hoped for. This is the outside with one coat of epoxy. It needs another and then I can sand it, undercoat it and paint it the hull colour with the bit of red paint I had left over from painting the hull a week or so ago. Then I just need to finish off with a couple of coats of epoxy on the inside.
